Welcome to Relkey, a product of Relkey, Inc. ("we," "our," "us"). By using Relkey or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Overview

Relkey is a SaaS platform designed for construction companies to upload, search, and cross-reference project documents including blueprints, specifications, and schedules. The Service provides AI-powered document intelligence constrained to your uploaded project files.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Relkey. By using the site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure;
  • All activity on your account; and
  • Providing accurate information.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

4. Beta Disclaimer

Relkey is an evolving product. Features currently in beta are provided "as is" and may be modified, deprecated, or removed at our discretion with or without notice. Beta features are experimental in nature and may not perform as expected. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service, and data resets or downtime may occur.

5. Customer Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights in the documents, data, and other content you upload to Relkey ("Customer Content"). By uploading Customer Content, you grant Relkey a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your Customer Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not sell, share, or use your Customer Content for any purpose other than delivering the Service.

6. AI Processing

Relkey uses third-party AI services to process your documents. Your Customer Content is sent to these providers solely to deliver Relkey's features. Relkey does not control how third-party AI providers handle data beyond what is specified in their respective terms of service and privacy policies. You acknowledge that use of Relkey involves transmission of your Customer Content to third-party AI providers subject to their own terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All site design, code, and branding belong to Relkey, Inc. You agree not to copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of Relkey.

8. Company Reference and Logo Rights

By creating an account, you agree that Relkey may identify your organization and use your organization's name and logo in marketing materials to identify your organization as a user of Relkey's products and services. You or your organization may request removal of such references at any time by contacting [email protected].

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Relkey for illegal or abusive purposes;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service;
  • Upload or share harmful or offensive content; or
  • Upload prohibited data including social security numbers, financial account numbers, protected health information, government-issued identification numbers, or other personally identifiable information not relevant to construction project documentation.

10. Payment and Suspension

If you subscribe to a paid plan and your payment fails or you cancel, your account will be placed in read-only mode. If payment is not resolved, your Customer Content may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. We reserve the right to suspend access to any part of the Service for accounts with outstanding unpaid balances.

11. Data Deletion

Upon account termination or cancellation of a paid subscription, your Customer Content will be permanently deleted 30 days after the effective date of termination. You are responsible for downloading or exporting your Customer Content before deletion. Relkey is not the system of record for your documents and assumes no responsibility for data loss after the deletion period.

12. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access at any time for any reason, including misuse or technical necessity.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Relkey is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about reliability, uptime, or suitability for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relkey, Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Relkey.

15. Governing Law

The Governing Law will govern all interpretations and disputes about this Agreement, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The parties will bring any legal suit, action, or proceeding about this Agreement in the Chosen Courts and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chosen Courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will appear here with a new "Last Updated" date.
